God Satisfies
'The Christian says, 'Creatures are not born with desires unless satisfaction for those desires exists.... If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world. If none of my earthly pleasures satisfy it, that does not prove that the universe is a fraud. Probably earthly pleasures were never meant to satisfy it, but only to arouse it, to suggest the real thing. If that is so, I must take care, on the one hand, never to despise, or be unthankful for, these earthly pleasures, and on the other, never to mistake them for something else of which they are only a kind of copy, or echo, or mirage.'

Yeah thats a great quote, I love a bit of CS Lewis. It can be helpful as a basis for pointing in the direction of the existance of God.
Such as:
We have a desire for food, food exists.
We have a desire for love, love exists.
From the beginning of man there has been a desire for something greater than itself, God or gods. If such a desire exists then there must be someone that satisfies that desire for which we must place God. But as Timothy keller would say this is more of a clue but combined with other clues its deffo interesting. Hope your well mate.
Ohh yeah. CS is great. I've been blown away by Mere Christianity (hence all the quotes appearing on my blog!)
God bless mate
Yeah I agree, I never get bored of reading Mere Christianity.
