Proud People Don't Sleep Well

You're not indispensable. The Church will survive if you take a day off. God's Kingdom will not collapse without you:

'Unless the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain who build it... It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so He gives His beloved sleep.'
Psalm 127:1-2
God does His building through you and without you. He builds when you labour and He builds when you sleep. So don't get up too early and sit up really late thinking that your work is doing God a favour. You need to sleep because sleep has faith in the fact that God works when you're inactive. Sleep humbles because you realise that God doesn't actually need you. Proud people don't sleep well.
